描述

已发现根据本地 umask，dbconfig-common 可进行 PostgreSQL 数据库备份，其可由数据库所有者以外的用户读取。此问题已在 1.8.46+squeeze.1 版本中修复。在将 dbconfig-common 升级到此版本期间，现有数据库备份（并非仅对于 PostgreSQL）的访问权限将仅限于备份的所有者。未来升级将不会变更访问权限，以防本地系统管理员有特定的要求。

dbconfig-common 是 Debian 帮助程序的程序包，其可由一些程序包用来管理相应数据库。
