在 Thunderbird 解码 JPEG 图像的方式中，发现越界读取缺陷。加载包含特别构建的 JPEG 图像的电子邮件或网页可造成 Thunderbird 崩溃。 (CVE-2014-1523)
在 Thunderbird 通过历史记录处理浏览器导航的方式中发现一个缺陷。攻击者可能利用此缺陷，在加载来自完全不同网页的内容时，导致浏览器的地址栏显示网页名称，这可能导致跨站脚本 (XSS) 攻击。(CVE-2014-1530)
