Description

The remote Redhat Enterprise Linux 6 host has packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the RHSA-2019:1467 advisory.

- python: Information Disclosure due to urlsplit improper NFKC normalization (CVE-2019-9636)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update the RHEL python package based on the guidance in RHSA-2019:1467.
